plug-in hybrid
The CLA Shooting Brake with plug-in hybrid technology combines the dynamism and efficiency of an electric motor with the autonomy of an internal combustion engine to deliver a combined power of up to 160 kW (218 HP)[1] and a maximum torque of 450 Nm [1]. Driving pleasure, dynamism and suitability for daily use share the spotlight and complement each other in a way never before seen. The electric motor provides additional power when accelerating or guarantees a range in the city of up to 70 kilometers in exclusively electric mode, so you can make most of your daily trips in a relaxed way and without direct emissions.
Electrical consumption of the CLA 250 e Shooting Brake in the combined cycle: 24,0-21,3 kWh/100 km; fuel consumption in the combined cycle: 1,4-1,1 l/100 km; CO₂ emissions in the combined cycle: 32,0-26,0 g/km[2] (37,0-33,0 g/km)[3]

* The rated power and rated torque are calculated according to Regulation (EC) 715/2007 in its current version. Power expressed in kilowatts (kW), the expressed power (CV) is added, as it is a commercial and general data, although it is not a permitted unit of the Legal System of Measurement Units based on the International System of Measurements (SI ). Law 32/2014, of December 22, on Metrology.
** The energy consumption and electrical autonomy values have been obtained from the measurement procedure prescribed in Regulation (EU) 715/2017 in its current version. The CO2 emissions values indicated have been obtained in accordance with the “WLTP CO2” test procedure as provided in art. 2 No. 3 Implementation Regulation (EU) 2017/1153. Fuel consumption values were calculated based on these values.
The propulsion of the plug-in hybrid model is provided by the electric motor and the combustion engine. In these vehicles it is possible to recharge the vehicle's high-voltage lithium-ion battery by connecting it to a power outlet or charging station, in addition to using the braking recovery function. Thanks to the powerful high-voltage lithium-ion battery, longer journeys can be covered using only the electric motor.
Mercedes-Benz has developed a modular system of components for its plug-in hybrid vehicles. Four- or six-cylinder gasoline engines are combined with hybrid modules and batteries in different power ranges.
Allows driving in exclusively electric mode.
The battery can be recharged by connecting to a power outlet, by recovery and by the combustion engine.
Low consumption.
