We also take the opportunity to thoroughly explain Mercedes Me, and particularly Mercedes Me connect, the basic and additional services that allow a complete connection between the customer, their Mercedes and their dealer: security, assistance, geolocation, remote control.
Our staff, made up of representatives from both the sales and after-sales areas, reviewed the functions of the Command and linguatronics in the attendees' vehicles, we activated Connect me, downloaded the App to the mobile phone, and checked its advantages from a PC.
